1. Scope and Purpose

2. Product Description
Flaxseed Kernel (also referred to as linseed kernel) is the dehulled, mechanically separated endosperm and embryo of the flax plant (Linum usitatissimum L.). The kernel is characterized by a mild, nutty flavor profile, a soft oily texture, and a light golden-brown color. It is produced via controlled mechanical dehulling followed by air-classification and sieving to remove residual hull fragments. No chemical solvents, bleaching agents, or preservatives are used at any stage of processing.
