Cleaning & Grading Equipment — Technical Specification

1. Process Objective

Remove foreign matter (ferrous/non-ferrous metals, stones, fines, off-color seeds) from raw flaxseed at a design capacity of 8 MT/hr. Four-stage dry cleaning: magnetic separation → vibratory screening → aspiration → destoning → color sorting.
